occasionally cutting
knew would not kill her

no fear of abandon

no drug use, some alcohol use
distractible, overtalkable, flight of ideas

happily euphoric,
other times, tearful
delusional beliefs
insisted she killed her own child
denied intent to harm/si/hi
didnt participate in cog testing
